Breast Augmentation

This patient is 42 years old, extremely fit, with little breast tissue.  Dr. Stokes used 250cc saline implants filled to 290cc.

This is a 36 year old female with considerable loss of volume due to breast feeding. 375 cc saline implants were used, filled to 400cc.

This patient is 31 years old and had 300 cc saline implants. The left breast was filled to 325cc, the right to 350cc (this is common as breast size often varies).

This patient is in her late 30s and has very little breast tissue prior to surgery. Post-operatively she has a B cup breast. 275cc saline implants were placed submuscularly through incisions around the nipple.

This example shows a woman in her 20s who recently finished breast feeding. 425cc saline implant were placed submuscularly through incisions around the nipple. She now has a D cup breast.

This example shows a woman who initially thought she needed a breast lift and breast implants. This result was obtained with implants only. 375cc saline implants were placed submuscularly through incisions around the nipple. She now has a full C cup breast.

This is a 56 year-old female with very little body fat. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 300cc saline filled implants.

This 22 year-old female desired a "D" cup breast. She underwent breast augmentation with 475cc saline filled implants filled to 525cc.

The first two breast augmentation patients shown below are in their early 20s and desired fuller breasts.  Dr. Stokes used 375 cc gel implants in both cases.

This 38 year old patient had a modest breast augmentation (325cc silicone) along with an abdominoplasty.  More pictures of this patient can also be found in our “Combined Procedure” section under body contouring.

This patient is an example of a primary breast augmentation with 375cc saline implants. She could have had a breast lift and smaller implant, but chose a larger implant without a lift to minimize scaring.
